At TXPatches.com, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom patches and reliable service. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to resolve any issues fairly and promptly. This Refund and Exchange Policy explains when you may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund and how to submit a claim.
Eligibility for Returns and ExchangesWe will accept a return or exchange request under the following circumstances:
- If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can investigate and correct the issue.
- If your order arrives damaged. You must provide clear photo evidence of the damage and the original packaging when submitting your claim.
- If the product size or specifications do not match what was confirmed in your approved order.
- If the finished product does not follow the customization details you provided and approved.
- If you cancel your order before production begins, a processing and design fee deduction of approximately 10–15% may apply.
We cannot process returns or exchanges in the following situations:
- If the product is delivered exactly as approved and no error, damage, or defect is present.
- If the customization details you submitted were inaccurate, incomplete, or later changed after approval.
- Delays due to third-party logistics providers, weather conditions, customs, or carrier disruptions are beyond our control.
- If an order is returned or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- If the issue is caused by our mistake, TXPatches.com will cover all return and reshipment costs.
- If the issue results from incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges and any reshipment costs.
To request a return, exchange, or replacement, please follow these steps:
- Contact TXPatches.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Include your order number and a brief explanation of the problem.
- Ensure the product remains unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Once your claim is reviewed, our team will inform you of the next steps and provide return instructions if applicable.
Refund ProcessingApproved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.
For custom orders that have entered production, refunds are not available unless a manufacturing or customization error has occurred on our part.
